Terms and Conditions

I agree to the following terms and conditions of participation in the Rural and Regional Network.

Conduct: Network participants agree to respect the views of others. CUAC reserves the right to withhold from publication/circulation any articles/statements it considers to be defamatory, misleading or injurious to third parties, or made for commercial purposes.

Privacy: participants contact details will be held by CUAC in a central database in order to send participants email/fax alerts when policy/regulatory reviews are announced and a newsletter every two or so months. That information will not be given or sold to any other organisation. Participants agree not to pass on contact details for other Network participants to third parties without securing the permission of participants. CUAC may also notify participants of other issues and/or events relevant to consumer utility issues.

Copyright: material in the newsletter may be the subject of copyright and CUAC must be contacted before it can be reproduced in any format.
